Rhine Hall produces three distinct tropical eau de vies: Mango, Guava & Pineapple. For each, the fruit is pureed, fermented in stainless steel tanks topped with a cloth to inhibit air flow & double distilled in a stainless steel pot still. Each fruit has a unique preparation prior to fermentation. The whole guava fruit, skins & seeds, is mashed together.
Tasting Notes - A literal guava on the nose. Hints of pear, strawberry. Slight tartness and floral on the palate.
