Directions:

Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take at the first sign of infection. If you are taking supplements containing zinc, calcium, iron, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them. For occasional use only. Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue use if symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or dizziness appear. Do not use if you have hypersensitivity or allergies to herbs in the Lamiaceae family — such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage, and thyme. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.

Important: Take 1 capsule of Acidophilus Ultra 20 minutes before each meal. As the yeast territory is destroyed, it is important to re-establish friendly beneficial microorganisms (probiotics) like Acidophilus Ultra in this territory. This guards against the reinvasion of bad bacteria. Take Candida Stop for 8 weeks for best results and supplement with Acidophilus Ultra thereafter once or twice daily.
