Transporting prepared food is so much easier when you use this Cambro heated H-Series Ultra Pan carrier. The carrier is 18-1/8" wide, 26-3/8" deep, and 31-1/4" high, and has durable swivel casters for convenience. This unit has a durable polyethylene exterior that is available in Black, Dark Brown, Granite Green, Granite Grey, and Slate Blue. It is fully insulated and holds foods that are already heated at an ideal 150 to 165 degrees F (this unit is not suitable for cooking food), It has a 45-minute pre-heat time, and a three minute recovery time after the door is opened.
