"The Curse Of Knowing" is a new IPA brewed with oats and hopped with a hefty blend of Cryo Citra, Idaho 7, Amarillo and Cashmere.

We had some fun with this beer name and recipe. When coming up with so many unique beers each week, we've found that we feel we can predict how a beer will come out ahead of the final product based on our experience and knowledge built over time. Sometimes the curse of knowing what we think will happen can dictate how we try new ideas. It can also steer us against our gut feeling so we wanted to highlight that tension in this beer.

So here we are -- 4 different hops in a single IPA, an underused hop for us in Amarillo and a bit of Cashmere that we knew would smooth it all out. It's an absolute hop bomb that just shows the experiments are worth trying as long as you add enough hops!
