Subaru Forester Remote Start Plug & Play 2019 - 2024

Our Subaru Forester remote starter kit is mostly plug & play with only 1-2 manual wire interrupts depending on trim level! Keep your vehicle warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Installation is simple and takes most consumers less than an hour. Our remote system interfaces with a few t-harnesses at the driver underdash. Simply unplug the OEM connectors, plug our connectors inline and then plug the OEM plug into the other end of our t-harnesses. No dealer visit or scantool necessary. Once installed simply press the lock button on your OEM remote 3 times to start your Forester or choose one of our long range options to go with it.

Installation Overview

Simple installation done at the driver underdash / steering column area. Mostly plug and play with 1-2 manual wire interrupts required depending on trim level.

Please note this installation requires a 2-part programming procedure with copying technology. This means you need to install the module, learn the vehicle, and then remove the module and send it back to us for processing OR program it from your home PC / laptop using the included programming cable. If you choose to send it back we will process the module and then send it back to you to complete the installation. Simple!

• 10th position/letter of your VIN # must be an K L M N P or R
• KEY Start only will NOT work on push start vehicles.

• 2-Way 3000 ft = Comes with (1) 1-Button 2-way remote fob and (1) 1-button 1-way remote fob for up to 3000 ft range + 3x lock from OEM fob will work as well.
