To ensure a perfect fit, we request details about your exact RZR model, modifications, and tire size, allowing us to set up the clutches precisely for your vehicle. Although we pre-set the clutches, some minor weight adjustments may be necessary depending on individual vehicles. Always verify your peak RPM after installation for optimal performance.

The Torsion Anti-Chatter Kit upgrades your secondary clutch to a Torsion-style spring and helix, providing better belt grip, smoother engagement, and less annoying secondary clutch chatter. For aggressive riders and those seeking top-notch performance, we recommend the Performance Helix 1031/Torsion 1026. It offers a more aggressive shift angle, perfect for trail riding, dune riding, racing, and drag racing. If your riding involves more slow-speed or crawling situations, consider the Performance Helix 1024 with a slightly less aggressive shift angle.

For those using larger and heavier tires, our High Load Helix 1021/Torsion 1032 is the ideal choice. It slows down the shift to prevent over-shifting and belt slip under higher load conditions. It's perfect for crawling or handling heavy tires, especially in 4-seater models or when running 32" paddles.

Our Recoil clutch weights feature easy adjustability with magnets, allowing you to fine-tune your setup for different applications or future modifications. With a custom AA profile and top-notch nitrocarburizing coating, these clutch weights offer exceptional wear resistance, fatigue strength, and surface lubricity.

The only tool needed for installation is the Clutch Puller.
