The uniqueness of our Genever comes from the way we experiment with malt spirit to create a deep, layered, and grainy taste with juniper and other botanicals. We finish by aging the spirit in Oloroso sherry casks, which helps to build its profound character. The combination of these three elements gives our Genever a distinct and memorable flavor.
