Preparation

1. Lay pack on its side with perforated opening facing upwards. Break & lift perforated flap & tear off circular portion
2. Pull neck of tap out fully, position in opening and snap back to secure tap
3. Pour by pressing tap button firmly with thumb

Fresh for a solid 6 weeks after opening. Stashed in a cool dry spot.

Vinification

Sun-soaked days and longer ripened grapes are the making of this unique, bold, smoother wine. The Grapes are crushed and destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in a tank with alternative oak to enhance the flavours.
