Overview:
The estate is run as a family business by Daniel Dutto and his two sons, Jeoffrey and Benjamin. They named it after their grandmother Clémentina... The 20-hectare estate is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, an exceptional Côtes de Provence terroir between the villages of Cuers, Puget-Ville and Pierrefeu.

Tasting Notes:
Crystalline robe
A fresh, light nose with aromas of white flowers.
On the palate, notes of red berries (redcurrant, raspberry), lemon and orange and a tangy tension on the finish.

The plot-selected grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe. They are destemmed and cooled to 8°C before gentle direct pressing. The best juices are cold settled and vinified in temperature-controlled vats.
