Château de Laussac has 28 hectares under vine and is farmed naturally and organically(unofficially). The Cuvée La Dame sees little oak while the Château de Laussac, 90% is barrel aged, 60% new oak , 30% one year old barrels. The encépagement is Merlot/ Cabernet Franc for both.
