Harley-Davidson part number 49215-07 is a gloss black engine guard kit designed for specific XL and XR Sportster models.

• Lower Mounts: 3/8-16 bolts (short and long versions) and locknuts.
• Torque Specs: Top mounting hardware is generally tightened to 19 ft-lbs, while lower mounting hardware is tightened to 33 ft-lbs.

Fitment: Harley-Davidson part number 49215-07 is specifically designed for 2004–2022 Sportster (XL and XR) models. 

While it has broad compatibility across this range, there are several notable exceptions based on specific model configurations.
