previous vintage 93 Points Jeb Dunnuck:  "All destemmed and brought up mostly in neutral oak, the appellation Senses Pinot Noir Russian River Valley offers a big, juicy nose of ripe mulberry and smoked black cherry fruits as well as plenty of earthy, forest notes, medium to full body, good acidity, and a great finish. It's nicely balanced and shows a slightly more fresh, focused style while not losing its Russian River Valley heritage."

Senses Wines is a very promising project launched by three young guys from Occidental on the Sonoma Coast. Chris Strieter: MA in Finance and ex-Williams-Selyem Cellar Rat. Max Thieriot: Multi-generation grape grower and on-screen star of Bates Motel and Seal Team! Myles Lawrence-Briggs: Sonoma native returning home to learn the winemaking craft after a brief foray into English Literature. This trio are connected and committed to the wine business and knocking out some seriously impressive wines. They have now secured the inimitable talents of cult winemaker Thomas Rivers-Brown to craft their wines!
