This two door heated cabinet from True Manufacturing lets you maintain food temperatures of 140 and 180 degrees F for hours. The cabinet is 52-5/8” wide, 33-3/4” deep, and 84-1/8” tall if the casters are used, and comes complete with four chrome plated shelves per door.
