As we wander, you'll uncover their rich medicinal benefits, learning to appreciate their gifts in a whole new way.

Then, you’ll craft your own custom herbal-infused vinegar—a simple yet powerful elixir that brings nourishment, vitality, and flavour to your kitchen and wellness routine.

But the magic doesn’t stop there! You’ll get to trial fully infused vinegars over a vibrant garden-grown salad, filled with ingredients of your choice—crisp arugula, peppery radishes, tender turnips, spinach, lettuce, and fragrant fresh herbs. With each bite, you’ll taste the harmony of nature’s bounty, with the essence of Katie's pre-infused vinegar blend.
