• Chemical Composition: The hardener is based on a poly-isocyanate resin, which reacts with the acrylic resin in the base coat to form a tough, resilient finish. 

• Mixing Ratio: Typically, the mixing ratio is 2 parts Transline 2K Paint or 2K Clear to 1 part hardener. Or 4 parts Transline MS primer to 1 part hardener

• Application Method: Designed for spray application only, ensuring an even and smooth finish.

• Drying Time: Air dry to touch in 1–2 hours; hard dry overnight. For accelerated drying, it can be baked at 60°C for 1 hour after a flash-off time of 20–30 minutes. 

• Pot Life: Once mixed, the usable pot life is approximately 4–6 hours at ambient temperature.

• Recommended Thinner: Luxor 2K thinner is advised for optimal results. 

• Safety Precautions: Use in a well-ventilated area away from sources of ignition. Protective clothing, gloves, and goggles should be worn, and an air-fed mask is recommended during spraying.
