The Northern Lights Squat Rack with adjustable base is an extremely versatile piece of fitness equipment. The squat rack allows you to adjust both the height and width of the rack, allowing the user full customization. 

Adjusting the racks width base allows all users the ability to set the stand up at a width that best accommodates shoulder width, body height and optimal grip position, for the length of bar being used.

The squat racks bar height settings can also be adjusted from 45.5” up to a maximum of 72” (6 feet) by using the quick select pop pins. 

Designed with space in mind, this rack allows users to perform squat exercises even when space is limited!  A truly fantastic addition to any home gym.
