Graphy Denture Base THD

3D-printable hard denture base resin by Graphy. Designed for digitally designed full and partial denture bases with the rigidity and durability expected from traditional PMMA processing — but produced in a fraction of the time.

Why Print Denture Bases

• Digital workflow — design in exocad, 3Shape, or any denture CAD module, then print directly. No flasking, packing, or bench curing.
• Consistent fit — digital design eliminates dimensional changes from heat polymerization. More predictable fit on the first try.
• Hard denture base formulation — THD is formulated for rigid bases with mechanical properties suitable for functional dentures.
• FDA cleared — biocompatible for intraoral use as a denture base material.

Printing & Post-Processing

Compatible with DLP and LCD 3D printers (385/405 nm). After printing, clean with Tera Harz Spinner and post-cure in the Tera Harz Cure with Nitrogen Generator for full mechanical properties. Nitrogen-atmosphere curing is required for optimal surface hardness.

Graphy Denture System

Combine with Graphy TC-80DP (flexible base for partial denture frameworks) to offer both rigid and flexible digital denture options. Both resins use the same Tera Harz post-processing equipment.
