Straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. Lovely notes of fresh fruit, pears and peaches in the nose, with yeast and crusty bread. Harmonious and pleasant in the mouth, it is harmonious and complex, fresh and persistent, incisive and very long.

Pleasant and elegant, Prima Cuvée is both the most poular Franciacorta made by Monte Rossa and that made with the greatest care and attention. A sparkling wine made with a blend of the first pressings of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes, and of Reserve wines. Monte Rossa's Franciacorta DOCG “Prima Cuvée” Brut is a great classic, released for sale at least four months after degorgement and characterised by a great personality and an unmistakable structure.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish starters, cured meats and cheeses. Perfect with fish in tempura.
