Commercial Manufacturing License

This is a one time fee  

This Commercial Manufacturing License grants approved businesses the limited right to use Boujee Bloom Design Co. designs for the purpose of manufacturing and selling physical products in larger quantities.

Authorized Use:

• Licensee may use the purchased designs to manufacture physical products (such as apparel, accessories, home goods, or similar items) for resale through their own retail or wholesale channels.
• Licensee may incorporate the designs into their own finished goods, provided the final products are physical items offered to consumers.

Restrictions:

• Designs may not be resold, shared, transferred, sublicensed, or distributed in any digital format or as standalone designs.
• Licensee may not alter, modify, or rebrand the original designs in a way that misrepresents authorship or origin. Minor adjustments such as resizing for product templates are permitted.
• Designs may not be uploaded to print-on-demand (POD) platforms such as Printful, Redbubble, Amazon Merch, etc., unless specifically authorized in writing.
• License grants use for one business entity only and is non-transferable.

Intellectual Property:

• Ownership of all original designs remains solely with Boujee Bloom Design Co. 
• This license is for use rights only; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original work.
• Proper attribution is not required on products, but public claims of original design authorship by Licensee are strictly prohibited.

Terms of Sale:

• All Commercial Manufacturing License sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
• Violation of license terms may result in immediate termination of rights, legal action, and/or financial penalties.
• Boujee Bloom Design Co reserves the right to update or amend licensing terms as needed.

By purchasing a Commercial Manufacturing License, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
