The original project of the USB cable, designed by Melodika and manufactured in Poland, offers significantly better shielding and larger conductor cross-section than required by the USB standard. Correct impedance results in low jitter and eliminates timing faults and some distortions in digital signal. Thus, by replacing the factory-supplied cable of your audio equipment, such as a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with the Melodika MDUAC cable, you can easily and quickly improve the quality of the transmitted signal while maintaining low jitter.

The Melodika Purple Rain MDUAC cable was designed to transmit digital sound in the best possible quality. The MDUAC is constructed with two pairs of wires (4x 0.2mm2), one for data transmission and the other for power. The data transmission line is separated and has its own shielding, which minimizes external interference. This way, power is isolated from signal conductors, allowing for a cleaner and more natural sound.

Triple shielding, consisting of two Mylar foil layers and a tin-plated copper braid, reduces electrical noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) and prevents crosstalk between neighbouring wires. 24-karat gold-plated connectors reduce losses at the plug-socket connection. The Melodika cable is precisely soldered to the plugs using the highest-quality silver-copper solder.

The Melodika MDUAC USB 2.0 cable is made with the utmost care, ensuring durability and safety of use. The durable PVC insulation means that the cable can also be used in installations. The USB connector allows you to connect peripheral devices such as digital-to-analog converters (DACs), medical devices, etc. Whenever quality and stability of the connection and minimized interference are particularly important, you can count on Melodika MDUAB.

The Melodika USB cable is marked with the MDUAC symbol, where "U" stands for USB, and AB indicates the type of connectors used in this cable (USB-A/USB-B). The numbers following this symbol indicate the cable length, so a 1.5m cable will have the symbol MDUAC15, and a 7m cable will have the symbol MDUAC70. The Melodika Purple Rain MDUAC is available in lengths ranging from 0.3 to 7 meters (MDUAC03 - MDUAC70), with prices depending on the length.
