Tasting note: Bright and zesty. Has all the Springbank goodness that we love. Lemon zest, oyster shells, flinty and with puffs of smoke. Palate is salty, oyster brine, yellow fruits, minerals and some red dates. A touch linear, but is just a classy example of a long aged Springbank.
