2.     Lubrication
Careclave not only ensures perfect care of your transmission instruments, but minimizes wear. And that is not all: The unique ADDcare station even performs the lubrication of the chuck system on Careclave after the program end.

3.     Sterilization (Class B)
With the patented DRYtelligence and double-jacket technology, Careclave offers everything you would expect from a modern autoclave – and even more: Sterilize up to 11 kg of load on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstore Boxes in record time. The revolutionary chamber concept enables the reprocessing and lubrication of dental instruments in the Carebox as well as the simultaneous sterilization of other instruments on short trays in just one cycle.

4.     Documentation & Approval
With ProControl you can provide proof of error-free instrument reprocessing quickly, securely and without paper work. Documentation and approval take place directly on the Careclave display without any additional software. The reprocessing protocols are stored on the MELAG USB stick or in the network for complete traceability.
