AJK Offroad has created Vented Lower Door Inserts for the Polaris Xpedition, consisting of three parts the outer frame, hexagon mesh, and back washer plate. The hexagon mesh is available in various colors for you to choose from.

These Lower Door Inserts are designed to be bolted onto your factory doors. To install, you'll need to cut an opening in the factory doors and then bolt our doors into place using the provided hardware. The doors are made of .0625-inch thick aluminum, CNC laser cut, and powder coated black. The hexagon mesh, also CNC laser cut from .0625-inch thick aluminum, is powder coated in a color of your choice, different from the main frame, to give your Xpedition a unique look.

These Vented Lower Door Inserts not only enhance the appearance of your SXS but also allow you to select a solid back option to block off the vents, keeping the heat and AC inside the cab. The solid backs are removable by unbolting them.
