The Ecor Pro EPD170 LGR Industrial Dehumidifier is a work-horse for tough work-sites including water damage restoration jobs and construction sites. It features internal condensate pump with 40-foot line, digital controls with job logging, air filter, and extended 25-foot power cord.

Product Overview

The Ecor Pro EPD170LGR Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier extracts up to 170 pints per day at saturation, taking on flood damage in harsh environments, with a temperature range of 39° to 100° F.

Equipped with an internal condensate pump plus side dry air outlet for focused drying, this LGR dehumidifier provides faster drying times and energy savings. Available in blue, red, or green for simpler job coordination.

Powerful Drying & Moisture Removal

Designed specifically for flood damage restoration, this industrial LGR dehumidifier features an internal microprocessor which calculates optimum compressor operating times for best performance. Take a look at this water removal capacity:

• At Saturation: 170 pints/day (95° F/ 95% RH)
• At AHAM: 135 pints/day (86° F/ 80% RH)
• Lower Humidity: 80 pints/day (80° F/60% RH)

The internal condensate pump removes accumulated water through the 40-foot drainage hose and can pump water vertically up to 11 feet. Features a simple push fit connector that’s recessed for safety, with on-board storage for the hose.

Side air outlet focuses airflow at 250 CFM to quickly dry paint, plaster, and drywall faster and more efficiently. The EPD170LGR can also be ducted to direct air into remote, tented, or divided spaces.

Digital Controls with Job Logging

This Ecor Pro industrial LGR dehumidifier has an impressive control panel which can be used to set desired relative humidity, and much more.

• Diagnostic Procedure: Begins when the unit is connected and displays “stand by” when ready to start up.
• Compressor Delay Protection: Can display when unit is switched on to delay start up to 180 seconds.
• Purge Button: Dehumidifier will pump for 50 seconds to manually empty water from the condensate pump reservoir.
• Job Hours: This menu option displays the number of operating hours for the current job.
• Live Hours: Displays the total of unit hours over the life of the dehumidifier.
• Temperature of Inlet/Outlet: This displays the current temperature and the relative humidity of the inlet and outlet.
• Humidistat Mode: Set or adjust the RH from 35% up to 90% RH in 5% increments, or set at CO for continuous dehumidifying.
• Coil Temp: Shows the evaporator coil temperature.
• Compressor Current: This displays the current draw in amps.
• Error Message Code: Should any issues be detected the code will be displayed here.

Convenient to Use

Not only is this commercial dehumidifier ideal for tough jobs, but it also has convenience features that make it easy to transport and use on site. Includes four rubber feet, two wheels, and sturdy metal handle plus 2 side grips, for easy transporting and placement, plus it’s stackable.

In addition, the side panels and top cover remove easily for full access to the drain tray, water pump, and other parts for repair and maintenance.
