During this sessions I will educate both partners on the importance of breastfeeding to ensure that the lactating parent or for same sex couples the predominantly lactating parent can feel supported any time they need advice from their partner. Both parents will understand breastfeeding positions, latching techniques, storing milk, milk temperature checks, diaper outputs, creating a freezer stash, alcohol intake, clogged milk ducts, proper cleaning of breast, proper hydration, nipple care and so much more.

Studies show that when both parties are educated in breastfeeding it makes the journey less stressful and more enjoyable.
