Mozart (1756-1791)
Description:
Brüchen's super masterpiece, "Motzleck" live in Tokyo in 1998! The members of the 18th Century Orchestra gathered in Tokyo, not Amsterdam, on March 9, 1998 for their 48th tour. The program prepared by the Dutch Chamber Choir, four soloists, Gregorian chant authority Eughein Riven Davelaard, and Brüchen was Mozart's "Requiem". This live recording of the final performance of the Japan tour on March 20, 1998, at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space, is a miraculous record that ranks as one of the finest among the many masterpieces of Mozart's "Requiem".
