Milt Jackson, a vibraphonist who frequently appeared on Blue Note sessions during the bebop era, has released a 12-inch compilation, "Milt Jackson and Thelonious Monk Quintet," which adds Monk-led 1948 and 1951 tracks to Jackson's 10-inch LP, "Wizard of the Vibes," which was released as part of the 1500 series that began in 1956.
