Tasting Note

Vinified with wild yeasts in stainless steel tank, then aged for 1 year on fine lees. It’s a gorgeous, silky light-medium bodied red with perfumed pomegranate and red cherry notes alongside hints of dried wild herbs. Gentle tannins and fresh acidity round out the package. A true Vin de Soif.

Chateau Vieux Moulin is a 200 year old estate located in the Languedoc. After finishing military service nearly 20 years ago, Alexandre returned to his family estate to help out. Soon after he took over the estate and became the 7th generation to run the family domaine.
