Jawbox Rhubarb Gin Summer Sour Ingredients: 50ml Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 25ml Lemon Juice, 10 Sugar Syrup, 1 Dash Angostura Bitters, 1 egg white. Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a glass.

Jawbox Rhubarb Gin Rickey Ingredients: 50ml Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur, 15ml Lime Juice, 15ml Sugar Syrup, 120ml Soda Water. Method: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with a segment slice of rhubarb.

Jawbox Valentines Rhubarb Fizz Ingredients: 50ml Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur, Prosecco or Champagne. Pour Jawbox Gin Liqueur into a champagne flute and top up with Prosecco or Champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.
