Tasting note: 

Gentle peat on the nose, hints of jackfruits, mangoes and yellow tropical fruits. Floral, bright, citrusy, fruity and with some minerality. Palate is very gentle, sweet fruits with the slightest hint of smokiness. Jackfruits present again, sweet and flinty, rounded. With some time in glass, a little more sweet peat appears with more juicy tropical fruits. What a gentle Islay Giant!
