K'Gari Great Walk Adventure

Overview

Experience a six-night, seven-day journey along the K’gari Great Walk, hiking from Dilli Village to Happy Valley. Cover approximately 90 km through ancient rainforest, freshwater lakes, white sand dunes and coastal heath, with daily distances of 15–20 km. Our  K'gari trips are a maximum of five hikers.

Hikers will carry all personal gear, including food and clothing for the week. Pack weights typically range from 12–14 kg, so a good level of fitness or commitment to a training plan is essential. Tracks are mostly compacted sand and well maintained, with moderate terrain.
