The Memory
This scent brings me right to my childhood in Jordan where my aunts would cook these elaborate arabic meals, but without fail there is always the humble, reliable, refreshing Arabic Salata. It has the most amazing tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and herbs all fresh from the bistan (garden). One of my all time favorite salads. I tried to encompass it in this scent to bring back these nostalgic days. At some of our retailers you might find this scent labeled as “Arabic Salata” which is truly what it represents.
