This was created by an incredible needlewoman, but I may be biased. My grandma, Phyllis Leitch, made this for my mum in 1992 when mum was going through her fly fishing era. The thread has a hint of sparkle to it which adds to the effect of the fish jumping and glistening. It was professionally framed in Lower Hutt and she even included a fly fishing lure. This would make a great gift for the fisherman or fisherwoman in your life, perfect for a lodge.
