Since day one, our mission has been to taste through the cellar and select for Réserve the elements we value most: brightness with depth, concentration with elegance, and tannins that provide shape without excess.
The nose opens with fresh red cherry and raspberry, layered with dried strawberry, rose petal, and violet. The fruit remains focused through the midpalate, where subtle savory, meaty nuances add complexity, while notes of clove, toast, and cedar reflect its time in French oak.
Framed by medium, fine-grained tannins and a quiet structure, it is approachable now, with the balance and precision to continue developing in bottle.

Aged 16-18 months in French oak (20-25%) new.
