• Mechanical (Paddle) Agitation: Features hydraulically driven reversible paddle agitation with adjustable speed and direction, ensuring thorough mixing of heavy slurries including paper or wood hydroseeding mulch, Bonded Fiber Matrix products (BFM’s), and Flexible Growth Media (Flexterra).
• Poly Tank Construction: The long-life poly tank eliminates rust issues commonly associated with metal tanks, facilitating quick and effortless cleanup after operations.
• Hydraulic Systems: Equipped with a hydraulically driven reversible Bowie gear pump and a 50-gallon flush tank, allowing for efficient operation and quick cleaning at the end of the day. The hydraulic agitation and pump system also support the use of longer hose lengths compared to other units.
• Exclusive Features: Includes a 50-gallon flush tank for quick cleanup, self-unplugging capability for most suction line clogs, and the ability to use water from the flush tank for small additional loads.
• Capacity and Capability: Capable of handling up to 200 pounds of paper mulch and 175 pounds of 100% virgin wood fiber mulch per load, with pumping capability through 300 feet or more of hose. The unit can self-fill from ponds or streams with the optional fill hose, enhancing operational flexibility.
• Standard Equipment: Comes with 100 feet of 1 1/2″ discharge hose with free flow couplings, a gun, and three nozzles (wide hydro seeding nozzle, straight distance nozzle, and trim nozzle).
