How is artificial intelligence changing the labor market? What impact does generative AI have on labor relations? How does AI affect talent selection, work organization, and decision-making? In AI and Work in the Future, the study group created by the Cibercotizante think tank analyzes the transformation of work in the age of artificial intelligence. They explain the effects of tools such as ChatGPT on the professional environment and their role in task automation, the redefinition of skills, and the evolution of job roles. One of their key concepts is “enhanced questions”: statements designed to optimize interaction with AI and obtain more relevant information. Through a rigorous approach, it combines the potential of artificial intelligence with the critical analysis of its authors. In addition, the authors analyze how the responses generated by these systems can be interpreted and contrasted with expert knowledge.
