This Life/form Advanced Child Airway Management Torso w/AED/ECG/Defibrillation is an ideal simulator for practicing the skills needed for treating pediatric patients. The trainer represents the size of a five-year-old patient. 

With the trainer, you and your students can practice intubation, ventilation, suction, and jaw thrust techniques. The life-like anatomy and landmarks include teeth, tongue, oral and nasal pharynx, larynx, epiglottis, arytenoids, false and true vocal cords, trachea, lungs, esophagus, and stomach. The trainer also allows you to practice oral, digital, and nasal intubation, as well as E.T., E.O.A., P.T.L., L.M.A., E.G.T.A., Combitube^®, and King System insertion. Included are separate lungs for auscultation, and there is also a manual carotid pulse generator. The inflatable stomach bladder will indicate esophageal insufflation. With its slightly anterior position, swelling tongue, and vocal cords, the Life/form Advanced Child Airway Management Trainer is a great trainer for introductory as well as advanced training.

The Life/form® Advanced Child Airway Management Torso with AED/ECG/Defibrillation chest skin allows for practicing defibrillation using standard manual, semi-automatic, or fully-automatic external monitor/defibrillators. The internal load box will absorb the full strength of every shock, which will protect students and equipment. lt is also possible to monitor the manikin just as if it were a real patient and is also compatible with all standard brands and types of defibrillators, monitors, and patient simulators. This manikin features four ECG sites and two defibrillation sites. It has been designed to be the foundation of the Life/form® Child CRiSis™ system.
