5019N: HIGH STRENGTH PERMANENT BONDING WITH EXTENDED WORKING TIME

5019N offers a robust, dependable bond similar to cement and solvent-based adhesives, but with the advantage of an extended work time for adjustments. It remains workable for up to four hours before setting, allowing for precise placement. It has a very high initial strength in the ‘green’ stage of the adhesion, meaning that it could be used for application where the glue should immediately bear high stress/tension between 2 materials, such as the stitched outsole of a shoe or in the handbag mould-assembling. Does not stiffen the leather or any material it is used on. 

Open time: Workable up to 4 hours. 

Reactivate time: By heating at 60° within 48 hours.
