Compatibility Requirements

Modular Assembly: The line has an AN-3 universal female fitting at the bottom end, requiring a connection to an adapter or a corresponding lower brake line assembly.

Softail Models (2018+): For dual-disc Softail models from 2018 and later, this upper line can connect directly to a specific Magnum Designer lower brake line assembly (such as part 1741-5502) without an additional adapter.

Softail Models (2011–2017): An optional ABS upper brake line adapter is required to complete the connection from the ABS controller to the master cylinder when using this upper line.
