Chablis 1er Cru AOC - Domaine Grossot 2023 , Les Fourneaux AOCThe Premier Cru Les Fourrneaux is located round the village of Fleys and facing towards the cellar. The hills are very steep and facing South, and are made up of very stony Kimmeridgian soils composed of clay and limestone marl. The vines were planted in 1990. The wines are well balanced, full yet complex with a good intensity of mature fruit and nice length in the mouth.
