The cluster measures 18.70mm x 12.01mm wide, with an open-back basket shared-claw setting. One natural, oval-shaped, brilliant cut pink spinel, measuring 5.20mm x 4.20mm weighing  of 0.39 ct. The eight, natural, round-shaped, sapphires, in slightly purplish, orangey pinks, measure 3.10mm - 4.70mm and weighing a combined total of 2.38 carats.
