Skill Level 2 – Some Experience Required
Skill Level 2 aircraft, like this one, are suitable for RC pilots with some experience and the skills to assemble and/or set up and fly similar class models. Although the Eclipse 360 is equipped with optional-use SAFE technology, it’s not a suitable first-ever RC helicopter for new pilots or “next step after a trainer” model for low-time RC pilots. You should have the experience and skills necessary to successfully fly Collective Pitch (CP) helicopters like the Blade 230, 330, Fusion 360, or other similar class models before attempting to fly the Eclipse 360.

Already own a Spektrum™ transmitter? Bind-N-Fly (BNF) aircraft make getting into the air quickly and with the best control experience possible easier than ever. They come out of the box with the power system, servos, and a Spektrum 2.4GHz receiver installed, so all you need to do is bind the receiver to a compatible transmitter, finish any final assembly, and fly!
Exclusive Technologies
The factory-installed and expertly-tuned FC6250HX flybarless flight controller features exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® technologies. Optional-use SAFE technology features angle limits and automatic self-leveling to help prevent crashes in Normal mode. AS3X smooths out the effects of wind and turbulence with no limits or self-leveling in all other flight modes so you can fly inverted and perform aerobatics too. Plus, you can use Panic Recovery to “bail out” at the push of a button if you ever need it!
Telemetry Capable
The Eclipse 360 is equipped with a Spektrum Smart ESC, flight controller, and a receiver that provides – with Smart and non-Smart batteries – real-time overall flight battery voltage, motor RPM, and other telemetry information to compatible Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6 to 20, the iX12 to 20, and others) while you fly.
Durable Precision
Digital, metal-geared cyclic servos, an aluminum head block, and carbon fiber main rotor blades deliver excellent durability and precise control.
Collective Pitch
The collective pitch main rotor mechanics offer smooth control to deliver a unique blend of hovering, scale-like, sport, and aerobatic flying capabilities.
High Power
The powerful brushless main and tail motors are connected to a factory-installed Spektrum Dual Smart ESC and are compatible with common and popular 3S 2200–3200mAh batteries.
