Our ceremonial matcha sampler is the best way to start exploring our matcha. It also makes a perfect gift for a matcha lover.

This sampler includes 20g tins three of our most popular matchas - Kagoshima Blend, Okumidori and Wild Yabukita. This way, you can taste and compare them side-by-side.The flavor profile of each is very distinct. Kagoshima Blend is robust and umami-driven, Okumidori is nutty and creamy, and Yabukita has a beautiful balance between floral and savory notes. 

All three cultivars are made from premium tencha (shaded tea leaves). We work closely with various region's top natural farmers to acquire the best tea possible. These farmers don't use any sprays or artificial fertilizers of any kind. This goes well beyond the requirements of standard organic matcha, but pays off big time in terms of complexity and sustainability.

We import all of our tencha and keep it in storage in Minnesota until we need it. We mill each tin to-order on our traditional granite mill. This ensures the highest concentration of both delicate aromatic compounds and antioxidants responsible for matcha's health benefits. The result is some of the tastiest, most complex ceremonial grade matcha on the market.
