Distilled at Still Austin and aged for four years in the Texas heat, it offers richness and maturity well beyond its age. Proceeds support diversity in the spirits industry through scholarships from the Michael J. Jackson Foundation.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of charred oak, cherrywood, cigar box, and roasted nuts lead into a palate of graham cracker, dark chocolate, caramel, and maple candy. The finish is warm, spicy, and long-lasting, with notes of rye, tobacco, and baking spice.
