[Extremely Light Filter Roast]

La Bohemia has been proudly managed by Raquel Lasso and her husband Carlos for nearly 30 years. The couple works in perfect harmony: Carlos oversees the processing of each coffee lot, meticulously ensuring every step of the process is carefully executed. He even samples the must from each batch of coffee being fermented before finalizing this stage. Raquel, on the other hand, leads various innovative initiatives on the farm. One such project is a self-sustaining greenhouse where she cultivates vegetables, generating secondary income during the off-season when Nariño is not in harvest.

La Bohemia farm is situated in the municipality of San Pedro de Cartago, within the village of Buenos Aires. The region’s topography, shaped by the canyons of the Patía, Juanambù, and Mayo rivers, offers favorable conditions for the areas bordering these waterways. In the afternoon, a gentle wind flows from south to north, promoting the accumulation and condensation of clouds. The farm takes full advantage of its natural resources, maintaining a harmonious balance with traditional farming practices. It also utilizes clean, environmentally friendly processing methods while preserving the time- honored techniques passed down through generations. Covering 6 hectares, the entire farm is dedicated to coffee production, with agronomic practices closely aligned with organic principles.

This coffee is roasted at extremely light level. The following is our brewing recipe:
