Dvorak, Antonin(1841-1904)
Description:
The Prague AD Trio was formed in 2007 when three Czech players, including Martin Kasiuk, met in a piano concerto concerto and performed a Dvořák piece. The name "AD" is an acronym for Antonin Dvořák, and the three members are Jáhoda, Hrník, and Kasík, all principal players of the Prague Symphony Orchestra. Although their ages are far apart, they have created an intimate performance that successfully utilizes their personalities based on their experience and knowledge. Although the ensemble's activity was only temporary for two years, they have been active in a substantial way, participating in the Prague Proms in 2008 and performing at the "Prague Spring" in 2009.
