500cc. High performance purple colored silicone-based brake and clutch fluid designed to lubricate and protect critical brake system componentry while providing reliable stopping power. Anti-vapor lock formulation maintains responsiveness and performance by fighting vaporization and viscosity loss. Offers a very high dry boiling point; is non-aggressive and safe for paint; plastics surfaces; clothing and such. Note that DOT 5 silicone is not hygroscopic so will not absorb water like regular brake fluids do. Therefore the brake system must be drained 100% to prevent any water-pockets remaining anywhere in the system which may cause vapor-lock and total brake failure.
