"Pure Pinot Noir rosé. So juicy and what a colour! Light blood red! Unbelievably sweet palate given the sugar level. Nice stalky texture. Black jacks, Ribena and such a moreish mid-to-late."

Aurelie and Loic set out back in 2010 to create a beautifully expressive wine from the far southern reaches of the region of Champagne. The village of Villenauxe la Grande sits at the very southern reaches of the cote de Sezanne and holds mostly Chardonnay. They are now fully organic and create amazingly tense, complex and pure wines.
