Fresh, vibrant and still peaty. Some sea spray, seaweed, sweet orchard fruits, vanilla, and some old leather. Palate is soft with that lovely gentle peat. Salty and slightly herbal. Preserved lemons, ashy. and some nice minerality. Well balanced and elegant. Truly a magical whisky.
