A Taste of Punta Mita is a stunning culinary and visual journey through Punta Mita that presents 94 authentic, never-before shared recipes from 60 chefs and friends who have either worked, lived in or visited Punta Mita over the years. The recipes were tested by Club Punta Mita Executive Chef Pato Pérsico, translated by my daughter Chiara Emberson, designed by Marcela Méndez and produced by Stephanie Morlet in what has been very much a team project of all of who work and live in Punta Mita.

 A Taste of Punta Mita offers unprecedented access into the kitchens of Punta Mita’s chefs, where the destination’s most delectable dishes are created and where the chefs share for the very first time their techniques, inspiration and best recipes.

Local photographers Pedro Arias & Stephanie Coufal combine in interpreting the vision of each chef while also sharing the vibrant, colorful culture and lush landscapes of Punta Mita up close.
